Après une première édition en mars 2021 présentée par le célèbre streamer, MisterMV. SpeeDons revient du 15 au 17 avril 2022 au Palais des Congrès, et retransmis sur Twitch, pour collecter des fonds au profit de l'associations Médecins du monde
SpeeDons est un marathon de Speedrun (qui a pour but de terminer un jeu vidéo le plus rapidement possible) retransmis en live sur Twitch et qui a pour vocation de collecter un maximum de dons pour l’association Médecins du Monde.
